What we collect
This page explains what Vantiq Talents (admin@vantiqhq.com) does with the information you give us. Applying is for people 18 or older, or 19 in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 in Mississippi. When you apply, we collect your first name, email, mobile number, age, where you're based, how you'd like us to contact you, your social media usernames, your other answers and 3 to 5 photos of you. We also record which ad brought you to the site, your IP address and basic details about your browser. If you write to us from the Contact us page, we keep your first name, email, phone number, topic and message.
The spam check on the form
The form and the Contact us page use a spam-check service to tell people from bots. It processes your IP address and your browser details, and runs only on those pages.
The video
The video on the home page loads only when you tap play. The video service then receives your IP address and your browser details. It sets no cookies, but may keep a little data in your browser for up to 7 days.
Counting form steps
To see where people stop, we count how many visits reach each step of the form and how much of the video is watched. Only these totals are kept, with no answers, IDs or IP addresses.
How long we keep it
We keep applications and their photos for 6 months, or until you ask us to delete them. The same goes for the details saved by people who didn't finish, and for messages sent from the Contact us page. Your answers after the social media step stay in your browser until you press Send, and the form clears them when you come back 24 hours or more after starting. If you never press Send, your photos are normally deleted a few hours later. Backups and technical logs are kept for 30 days at most.
Access and deletion
You can email admin@vantiqhq.com to ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted. We find your details by your email and mobile number, delete them everywhere we keep them, and reply within 7 business days. Backup copies disappear within 30 days. We can't take back what was already sent to Meta. For any other question about this page, email admin@vantiqhq.com.
Where it's kept and who sees it
Your application is kept in our secure database, which only Vantiq Talents partners can open. Our team works from a copy of your contact details, answers and photos in our private workspace, without your IP address or browser details. We may also send our team a short notice when an application arrives. It holds an application number and status labels, never your contact details, answers or photos.
Saving your details before you finish
When you leave the contact step and the social media step, we save your contact details, your social media usernames, where you're based, your age and which ad brought you, so our team can reach you if you don't finish. If you never press Send, our team may contact you with those details. If a later answer shows the work isn't a fit for you, we delete what you gave us. The one exception is the answer "No, this isn't for me": then we keep it, marked as declined, so you can still change your answer and our team knows where you stopped.
Your photos
We ask for 3 to 5 recent photos of you, and our team looks at them when reviewing your application. Before upload, your browser makes each photo smaller and removes hidden details, such as where it was taken. Once you press Send, your photos go to a private folder for your application that only named members of our team can open. If you never press Send, they're normally deleted a few hours later. Photos are never sent to Meta. We keep them for 6 months. To have them deleted sooner, email admin@vantiqhq.com.
Meta
We use the Meta Pixel on the home page and the thank-you page, never on the form itself. It tells Meta when you visit those pages, when you start the form, how much of the video you watch and, on the thank-you page, that you applied. Meta receives your IP address, your browser details and the page address, and uses its own cookies. When you apply, we also share your email, mobile number, first name and state with Meta in a coded (hashed) form, so we can see which ads bring in applications. We never send Meta your answers, your photos or your social media usernames. If you never press Send, nothing you typed on the form reaches Meta.
